11 Table pieds corolle, Appartement Le Corbusier

DESIGNED BY Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret, Charlotte Perriand
FOR Cassina

Its sculptural impression makes this iconic piece of furniture extremely fine and versatile; as appropriate in classic decor settings as in new contemporary spaces.

Two versions of the rectangular 11-P Table Pied Corolle were designed by Le Corbusier, Charlotte Perriand and Pierre Jeanneret. The first, designed in 1934 for the Paris apartment of Le Corbusier, had a marble top, while the second, produced in 1935 for the House for a Young Man at the Universal Expo in Brussels, had a slate top.

INFO

The table’s elegant, eye-catching style is determined by the gray cast iron pedestal base with firmly planted broad yet slender circular feet. The massive table top in natural solid walnut sits securely on the support structure.
