The expanded metal used is reminiscent of building facades that let in light and air, while keeping the elements out and provides support for the cushions. The slight slope of the sofa armrests lends delicacy to this industrial structure. The sofa’s slight wooden base and ample upholstery resemble a costly living room, only, for outdoors.
