Franco Albini

Franco Albini was an Italian Architect and furniture designer. Regarded as a major figure in the Rationalist Movement, it was Albini's collaborative work with Cassina in the 1940s which developed his signature style, through his designs for several chairs. He also collaborated with design firm Poggi whilst working at his own practice.

Franco Albini's work has been exhibited worldwide including at the New York Museum of Modern Art and Triennale di Milano where his works are recognised for their cultural contribution in Italy.
