Santi Moix

Santi Moix has lived in New York since 1986. A multifaceted creator, Moix makes sculptures, drawings, ceramics and mural paintings as well as illustrations for books. These forms, along with painting, shape his way of expression mixing figuration with abstraction. In 2002, Moix was recognised with a grant from the John Simon Guggenheim Memorial Foundation. His graphic work is shown with Pace Gallery. His latest special projects include a mural for Prada in their SoHo store, interventions at the Brooklyn Museum, Palau de la Música Catalana of Barcelona, and the frescoes in the church of Sant Victor of Seurí in the Pyrenees. Currently, Moix resides and has a studio in Brooklyn, New York and in Barcelona.
