Paper Plane Low Back Armchair

Paper Plane Low Back Armchair

DESIGNED BY Doshi Levien
FOR Moroso

Functional sculpture, comfortable and welcoming seating which is both durable and light, and seemingly gravity-defying.

Paper Planes originated from a fabric design based around graph paper: its shape comes from the folding and modelling of paper as an exploration of form and structure, to create angles, lines and polygons.

Its seeming simplicity demands masterful sartorial skill: the lines of the fabric must be perfectly aligned with the geometry of the chair which means that there is no room for error.

Available in Left or Right Configurations.
