Anchored to the cliffs of Blackwall Reach, Infinity Views’ bold, fluid design answers the call of the Swan River below, opening up to magnificent views.

Designed by John LeClare Josephs, Director of Superseed Architecture, and built by Peter Capozzi of Capozzi Building, the residence is defined by a decision to maximise the surrounding landscape. From transparent sun halls that link the two wings and invite light to flood into the home, to the entertaining area set against a cascading infinity pool and decked barbeque area, the house responds to the call of the water.

Furnishings were selected to add warmth to the space whilst not disturbing this visceral connection. The alfresco area was furnished with Kettal’s outdoor range, with a colour palette that harmonised with the various shades of green in the cliffside outlook. Other leading brands featured throughout the space include Cassina, Moroso, cc-tapis, Michael Anastassiades and Poltrona Frau.

Infinity Views celebrates the best of West Australian life, maximising the outdoors and abundant natural light. Its responsive design and master craftsmanship enhances the world-class views and allows the home to gently sit into its landscape.
