Our standard AUS delivery is more than standard and provides you with a 24 hour fully trackable service to your front door from our preferred delivery partners AusPost and TNT Express
Our delivery charges are calculated by volume, weight and destination area/country. We do our best to keep our delivery charges as competitive as possible.

DELIVERY INFORMATION & FAQs

How will you know your online order has been shipped?

As soon as you place an order via our secure website with Mobilia you will receive an email confirmation. Once the order has been processed, you will receive another email confirming dispatch as well as the relevant details for tracking your delivery.

How long until you receive your Online Order?

Depending on your location, delivery will be within five (5) to ten (10) business days for items that are "In stock". Delivery to remote areas may take longer but our aim is to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Optional Delivery Services - White Glove Service

White Glove Service is the term we use for our premium delivery service. This includes a service that may include delivery, unpacking and rubbish removal.
You may contact us to book the Mobilia White Glove Delivery Service and we will provide you with a quote based on your location and size of your order.

Delivery Services - Courier or Post

Express 500g, Small, Medium, Large or Oversized Orders will be delivered via Post or Courier and costs will be calculated based on volume and distance in the checkout. Please note for delivery of bulky items to remote areas, we may be required to obtain a quote separately, please contact us directly to place your order.

Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery at the nominated address.Delivery will occur between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday - Friday and we are unable provide an exact time or call prior to delivery. If an exact time or call is required prior to delivery, we recommend contacting us to organise a White Glove Delivery Service.

Do you deliver items separately?

No. If you have ordered multiple items, we will send these out to you in one delivery as soon as they all arrive at Mobilia warehouse and they have been quality checked. We dispatch completed orders unless unforeseen circumstances occur.

Can my order be left in the garden/porch/shed/bin?

No. All deliveries must be signed for unless you pre-arrange this with the courier at your own risk.

Your Shipping Address

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we're unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you. The delivery address must be an address within Australia and cannot be a PO Box or Freight Forwarding Location.Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

Insurance

Mobilia will cover the insurance of your purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Mobilia and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Important things to consider regarding Delivery service using a Courier or Post:

Please ensure you check and measure access to your property and make us aware of any possible difficulties in delivering your order prior to dispatch. For example lift sizes, internal doors and tight spaces.

Consider things such as:

  • Planned road works and parking restrictions
  • Delivery access and size restrictions
  • Suitable access to the property
  • Restricted access to the property and time restrictions

Such factors may require alternative delivery methods which may incur additional charges, and may result in non delivery of items. All Courier & Post deliveries are curb-side only and the delivery company will require assistance unloading larger items. If you have any concerns regarding delivery access please contact us and we can assist you with your best options.
