16.12.2021An expression of the lengthy research conducted by Cassina on the masterpieces of the great masters, the LC6 Table tube d’avion design table is one of the first studio models introduced by Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret and Charlotte Perriand at the Salon D’Automne in Paris in 1929. The uniqueness of this made in Italy piece lies in the distinction between the support piece and the piece being supported, in other words, between the top and the base; the latter designed with reference to the oval profiles used in the aeronautical sector to separate the wings of biplanes.
